	Designed and led implementation of XML/XSLT based production 
	system for America's largest retail company's award-winning 
	ecommerce site. Wrote documentation and conducted training 
	sessions with the site staff. Created prototypes, met with
	clients, coordinated production and launch.

2000	Wamuhomeloans.com
	Washington Mutual Bank
	
	Wrote XML-based production system for generating JSP templates
        for bank loan site; responsible for team that integrated 
	content, design and code in a dynamic, fast-paced, 
	collaborative environment. Co-ordinated with other engineering
	and design leaders, supported project managers, and managed
	small team of developers.

1999	Macweek.com
	Mac Publishing, LLC.

	Created a simple content management system to support the
	editors of a high-profile Macontish news site. Worked onsite
	with production staff to develop and then train them in the
	system. Coded a automated workflow that increased the
	efficiency of the webteam.[4]

	Planned, organized, and led cultural exchange trip to
	Florida, USA for 21 Japanese middle-school students. With
